1. Free trial
Every new subscription starts with a 7-day free trial with all features. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged.
2. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your billing page (the link is in every receipt and in the Tabrein popup) or by emailing info@novpix.com from your account address. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.
3. 14-day money-back guarantee
If Tabrein is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment for a subscription, monthly or yearly, and we refund it in full. No reason is needed.
4. Renewals
Yearly renewals can be refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of the renewal charge. Monthly renewals are not refunded, except where required by law, because you can cancel before the next month at any time.
5. Plan changes
When you upgrade (for example from monthly to yearly, or from Pro to Team), the change applies immediately and the unused part of your current period is credited against the new price. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
6. Consumers in the EU, UK and Türkiye
If you are a consumer, you have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. You ask us to start providing Tabrein immediately when you activate it; the 14-day money-back guarantee above gives you at least the same protection, so you can still cancel and receive a full refund within 14 days of your first payment.
7. How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days after we approve them, depending on your bank. Taxes we collected are refunded together with the price.
8. If we end the service
If we discontinue Tabrein or a plan, or materially reduce its core features, we refund the unused part of any prepaid period.
